Cold weather calls for good solid warming food. A gorgeous tuna bake does the job: pasta, sieved tomatoes, creme fraiche, herbs, tuna and cheese. Delish!

    Darling, sounds delish! But how do you make sure that the pasta doesn’t burn and go hard and crunchy on top??

    Make the sauce ever so slightly liquid-y and make sure that it covers all the pasta. As it cooks, the sauce will be absorbed into the pasta and voila, no crunchy hard pasta bits on top.
